Federal Court Sacks KANSIEC Chairman Prof. Malumfashi for Breaching Electoral Laws
Federal High Court sitting in Kano has disqualified Prof. Sani Lawan Malumfashi from being Chairman of the Kano State Independent Electoral Commission (KANSIEC) for being a political party card-carrying member.
Newsmen reports that Justice Simon Amobeda gave the ruling on Tuesday, in a matter filed by Aminu Aliyu Tiga and All Progressive Congress (APC)
