The Kano State Civil Service Commission has dismissed reports alleging that it is selling job application forms to prospective applicants.
In a statement issued on Friday, the commission described the reports as false and misleading, urging the public to disregard them.
According to the statement, recruitment into the civil service remains free of charge, and any individual found extorting money in the name of the commission would face legal action.
The commission further advised job seekers to follow only official communication channels for information regarding employment opportunities in the state.
